An excellent place for a party - large or small. The food, the decorations, the service are excellent. There is a dance floor and an opportunity to enjoy the music, the party, the friendly atmosphere. Thank you to banquet manager Yuri for excellent set up!

The staff were so kind and accommodating, especially Yuri and Jackie. There were server, which we were surprised and thankful for because we never asked for because we didn't ask for liquor to be served. The event was perfect! Thank you for helping us organize the best birthday of my life!

I stayed at the hotel for a family function over the Thanksgiving long weekend. The staff were great, very friendly and accommodating. The location is in the west end and right on a main road that can get you anywhere quickly. Yuri, the banquet manager, was great and very helpful with the event I was organizing. The room looked great and the banquet staff were prompt and professional. Mirna at the front desk was so sweet and helped me with whatever I needed. The only bad thing about my stay was the beds - they are very firm/hard. I would stay at the hotel again but probably ask for an extra comforter to soften the mattress.

Dirty room and uncomfortable bed

When we arrived right off the bat I was pretty unimpressed. Our room was dirty had stains on the sink in the bathroom, uneven flooring. Our room was right beside the elevator so we could hear everyone coming and going. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever been...super rough and itchy sheets and extremely hard mattress. Usually I tend to sleep really good but I kept waking up with a sore back and shoulders. Really not worth paying $118/night...there are other places on the west side of Edmonton that are below $90/night that are better. Will not be returning.

On January 6, 2020 we had the pleasure of attending the Orthodox Christmas Dinner at the Continental Inn, 16625 Stony Plain Road, Edmonton, Alberta. We came away completely satisfied with everything! The buffet style dinner offered many traditional dishes and several other dishes. The food was attractively served, well prepared and very delicious. It was impossible to try all the dishes as there were many however all that we had met our every expectation. The deserts were as appealing as the salads and the main course. The dining room was attractively decorated, the staff were pleasant and helpful without interfering with privacy. Donna McElwain, the Kitchen Manager was quietly and efficiently supervising the event. She is a great asset to the Kitchen and Dining Room at the Continental Inn. This is our third visit to this Dining Room and it has been excellent in every way each time we were there for dinner. We highly recommend this wonderful place that offers "Home Style Meals"! I have never stayed at the Hotel so I cannot comment on it.
